MEW! MEW!! MEW!!! I found out from Derby that Lilly Lu, Mu Shue, and Iris are ok!!! It's a MIRACLE. I thank St. Francis of Assisi and all the beautiful, wise, and divine angels who answered prayers. They always come through! ALWAYS!!! MEW!!!

A Sad Sunday

mew I so sad for Lilly Lu, Mu Shue,Iris, and their mummy Laura who were in that terrible fire last Friday. Please please St. Francis and beautiful, wise and divine angels, make sure they all safe. PLEASE!

Paperwork

I always help out with the paperwork. I try my best to put my pawprints on any outgoing mail. My main paperwork duty though is acting as a live, furry paperweight.

Blue Chair

mew I love this chair. Mummy was going to throw it out. She changed her mind and told me I could use it as my ultimate scratching device. I sometimes use it as an exercise device too when I hang onto the back of it with my claws and then pull myself up. Mummy should really get a picture of that.

"I'm trying" Tuesday

MEW! I'm trying to be a good blogger. I try to leave comments on everybody's posts but sometimes when I open up the comment window all I get is "page cannot be displayed." Now why that happen??? mew me confused. I don't want anyone to think I not leaving comments when I really mew mew want to! MEW!!!

MRRAAGGHH! Mancat Monday MRRAAGGHH!

Before I start this post let me take a moment to express my condolences to Smudge's family.
I decided it was best to leave this post for MANCAT MONDAY! The holiday getaway was much shorter than planned. It only lasted about 7 1/2 hours. See, I was attacked by the two lab dogs that were being petsitted. I'm fine-not a mark on me. Can't say the same about the dogs.
When we got up to Chester, Mummy opened up the car door to get me. I was in my traveling case. The big black bully lab came running and woofing right up to me. Mummy's "friend" called the beast off. I was so angry-growling with the furs on my back straight up. Real mancat like, you know? Mummy brought me inside and up to my assigned quarters. I was safe there behind closed doors. Later that night I had a truffle stuck to my tush that Mummy had to take care of. Oh the embarrassment of it all! She brought me to the bathroom just down the hall. The dogs were in with Mummy's "friend" behind closed doors so Mummy assumed I was safe. WRONG!!! The woman opened her door, the dogs were straining to get out. This "friend" said, "oh the heck with it-it's their house." BAM! those beasts were loose! I struggled out of Mummy's arms (this is easy to do when my razor sharp daggers come out) and I made a beeline back to my quarters. The dogs chased me and I turned on them! I also turned into full cat warrior mode. First I slashed at the black lab who was the real bully. He turned tail. MMRRAAGGHH!! Then I went after the yellow lab. She turned tail too. MMRRAAGGHH!!! I left my Tun Tun mark let me tell you! Who knows what would have happened if I did not have my razor sharp daggers??? Mummy slammed the door shut, and packed up our stuff and left after those beasts were once again locked up behind closed doors.Mummy is furious at this woman who did not tell her the black lab was a bully. Plus he had bitten a package carrier that morning! Mummy said she had never seen me like that. I'm a shy guy really. She told me she was very proud of me for being so brave. Mummy was kind of brave too. She had to crawl under the bed and pull me out while I was still growling away in true mancat fashion so she could put me in my traveling case to go home. Home-so good to be back. Mummy can't stop apologizing to me and wuving up on me! I never want to go on vacation again! MEW!

Little Vacation

MEW!!! Hi all! Again tanks you for all the wonderful comments about supporting the declawing thing going on here in Connecticut. But the biggest tanks goes to Beau Beau and Angelica who received the Golden Paw award for telling everyone bout it! MEW!!! I never would have known unless they got this MAJOR story out.

Mummy and I are going on a short vacation up in the wilds of Chester, Connecticut for a few days. A friend of Mummy's is going to be petsitting there. It's a really big house so I will be assigned my own quarters.

Oh, and to Snowball, the wittle doggie-yes Mummy is a professional animal communicator and can talk to animals overseas.She just needs a picture of you to talk. She will email your mummy.

Helping the Paws Cause

MEW!!! First of all thank you to Beau and Angelica for asking everyone to stop by and say hi. And tanks you to all who have. Meowsa I am awed by the welcome!!!

Since I live in Connecticut like Beau and Angelica it is my duty to help spread the word about the ultra important declawing thing being talked bout in our state government. They are trying to introduce a bill that would make it illegal to declaw cats unless it is for a medical reason. I hope they don't mean a human medical condition related to getting whapped by a cat's claws. After all, we are usually trying to preserve OUR medical condition when we use our claws! Anyway, I got Mummy to write the senators, Chris Dodd and Joe Lieberman, and our state representative, Rosa De Lauro bout this-urging them to do the right thing. Try and get your humans to do the same even if you don't live in Connecticut. Your humans could say hey! look at what Connecticut is doing-why can't you propose a similar bill in our state? It's easy to write them. Just google their names and go to their websites and leave a message. You can follow up with a phone call too.
